Breakfast Club Session starts at 7.30am

After School Club runs until 5.30pm with the option of extending until 6pm at an additional cost. 

Current costs: £5.50 for breakfast (includes food)

£10 for After School Club until 5.30pm (includes a snack)

£3.50 additional for extended after school until 6pm

You are able to book our wraparound care online via Arbor.  It is accessed by logging in to Arbor (app or website), and going to clubs. You firstly need to register your child for the club and then top up your balance before booking.  You will then see your child / children listed by name and the options available to them.

Sessions and Bookings

School Children – Bookings can be made via Arbor up to 20 weeks in advance. Payment must be made at the time of booking. Bookings close in Arbor just before the clubs start, so you can book at the last minute.  If you require last-minute childcare or have missed the deadline, please call or email the school office (office@westdale-inf.notts.sch.uk) and we will do our best to fit your child in, numbers permitting. Kindly note on the day “walk-ins” are not accepted.

Nursery Children (Little Stars)

If your child does 30 hours with us and does this in 3 full days (3 x 10-hour days) – wraparound is included in your child’s booking option and therefore, you can attend wraparound automatically without booking. If this is the case – please let us know if you will be taking up the wraparound care so we know numbers for staffing.

If your child has any other booking option, i.e. core school hours (8.50am to 3.15pm or mornings/afternoons) and you require wraparound, this needs to be booked on Arbor using the instructions above. This will be separate to the monthly invoices you receive for your nursery childcare.

We regret that refunds for cancellations of our wraparound care cannot be made unless you have given us notice. If your child is ill, a credit against a future session will be offered, as long as the parent/carer contacts the club prior to the start of the booked session.

How to Book and Pay using tax-free childcare/ vouchers; THIS MUST BE DONE IN ADVANCE – most people do this monthly or half termly.

1. Using your childcare provider's website – please submit a payment to Westdale Infant School – to ensure your voucher payment equates to the total for all sessions you need. Our registration number is 122535, Westdale Infant School to register us as your childcare provider.
2. Please then notify us that you have paid and the amount, and we will then place a credit on your child’s wraparound account on Arbor and email you to confirm this.
3. Book as usual – Booking is accessed by logging in to Arbor (app or website). You will then see your child / children listed by name and the options available to them. You will only be able to check out your booking after you have received confirmation from us of your credit being applied.
4. Repeat this booking process at your convenience – Bookings will become available to view and purchase 20 weeks in advance of the Monday of that week.
