Helpful Advice and Support

Lots of parents and carers have asked for advice regarding helping children understand and manage their emotions.  This last year has been a challenge for all families and many young children can't articulate how or why they are feeling or behaving in new or challenging ways.  Below is some advice from the Anna Freud Centre for Children and Families regarding strategies to understand and support.
