If you would like to apply for a place, please complete the application form below.  Our Allocations Policy can be found on this page and clarifies how places are allocated.

In the meantime have a look at our prospectus and virtual tour.  We look forward to hearing from you. 

Please find below the documents you need to apply to become one of our Little Stars. 

 

Please make sure that you read the Admissions Policy before completing the application form.  Completed forms need to be returned to littlestars@westdale-inf.notts.sch.uk. 

 

If you require a paper copy please email littlestars@westdale-inf.notts.sch.uk with your postal address and we shall arrange for a pack to be sent.
