Mr Singh visited us all on Thursday 24th to talk to us about Sikhism

Somaya, Ibby and Issa's mum kindly came into school to talk to the Year 2 children about what it is like to be Muslim in Nottingham today. She showed us some artefacts and told us about Ramadan and the festival of Eid. The children were able to ask questions. She also read a story and taught us some Arabic. We got to see the Quran and talk about some of the stories from it.

Somaya, Ibby and Issa's Mum came in to talk to us about what it is like to be Muslim in Nottingham today.

Molly's dad came in to talk to us about what it means to be Christian today.

Mr Sigh visits us every year to do workshops about Sikhism. He brings in artefacts, teaches us songs and tells us about his family. He teaches about the Sikh religion and what it means to be Sikh by talking to us about the 5k's and some of the festivals he celebrates. He says 'You are special, I am special, we are all special'.
